Financial Secretary Paul Chan presented the 2026-27 Budget at the Legislative Council at 11 am today (Feb. 25). The Appropriation Bill 2026 was introduced into the Council for the First Reading and the Second Reading. Financial Secretary Chan introduced the government's fiscal budget for the 2026-27 fiscal year, and the related debate on the second reading will be suspended for continuation.
