The FarmFest 2026 is being held at Mong Kok Fa Hui Park over three consecutive days from Jan. 9 to Jan. 11. The event features a wide variety of local agricultural and fishery products, as well as other goods.
According to organizers, the event features over 430 booths in total, with more than 220 of them selling locally produced agricultural and fishery products, providing a direct sales platform for local producers to connect with consumers. Additionally, the event includes numerous booths offering local delicacies, organic and health foods, as well as household goods.
Lau Kin-wai, Chairman of the Organizing Committee for the event, stated that the single-day attendance on Jan. 9 exceeded 30,000, consistent with previous years, while sales figures showed a significant increase. This indicates an improvement in product quality, attracting more buyers.
He further noted that over the past 20 years, the event has built a strong bridge between the local agriculture and fisheries industries and the public, showcasing a wide variety of specialty products to consumers.
