​In memories of the victims of the fire at Wang Fuk Court in Tai Po, the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) Government has made mourning arrangements. The Home Affairs Department has set up condolence points in all 18 districts for the public to sign condolence books to mourn for the victims between Nov. 29 and Dec. 1.

At the condolence station located in the Multi-purpose Hall of Fu Heng Neighbourhood Community Centre in Tai Po, staff have hung a white banner with black characters reading "In Memory of the Victims of the Tai Po Fire." The hall has been adorned with numerous white floral arrangements. Citizens have been signing the condolence book and leaving heartfelt messages to express their grief.

In Wan Chai, at the Moreton Terrace Activities Centre, citizens arrived early in the morning to observe moments of silence for the deceased and offer prayers for the injured.

The condolence books are open for signing from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. daily, from Nov. 29 to Dec. 1.
