The Hong Kong Observatory reported that the city experienced its coldest morning of the autumn season today (Nov. 19), with urban areas recording a minimum temperature of 13.2°C.
Temperatures in parts of the New Territories were even colder, dropping by 1 to 2 degrees due to the influence of a strong northeast monsoon.
The Observatory urged residents to monitor weather changes, keep warm, and care for the elderly and those with chronic illnesses.
