The eighth Legislative Council election in Hong Kong will take place on December 7. The Hong Kong government will hold a total of 39 "Patriots Collaborate for Good Governance" 2025 Legislative Council election forums from November 11 to November 30, inviting candidates from various geographical constituencies, functional sectors, and the Election Committee to present their platform ideas and views on multiple social issues to voters and citizens in their respective areas.
Today (Nov. 12), the New Territories North constituency forum was held at the Tin Shui Sports Centre, featuring five candidates from the district.
As the forum began, attendees collectively shouted, "engage in the election, create the future," creating a lively atmosphere. The forum included four segments: candidate introductions, a Q&A session, a debate segment, and concluding remarks. All candidates were given equal time to speak.
