A violent stabbing incident occurred outside Exit B1 of the MTR HKU Station in Hong Kong. At 9:11 p.m. last night (Oct. 28), police received a report from a man who claimed he was stabbed in the lower back by another man without provocation. The attacker fled the scene immediately.
Upon arrival, officers found the victim suffering from a bleeding wound to his lower back, with a large pool of blood on the ground. Emergency personnel provided first aid and rushed the victim to Queen Mary Hospital for treatment.
Sources revealed that the victim, a man in his forties, is the owner of a roast meat shop located on the ground floor of Pak Hoo Mansion, 554 Queen's Road West. At the time of the attack, the victim had parked his seven-seater vehicle outside his shop and entered to collect some items. A few minutes later, as he was about to drive away, two knife-wielding assailants ambushed him outside the shop and stabbed him before fleeing eastward along Queen's Road West.
Despite sustaining a bleeding wound several centimeters long, the victim managed to pursue the attackers for about 300 meters. However, he collapsed outside Exit B1 of the MTR HKU Station. By the time police arrived, the two attackers had already escaped.
The police have classified the case as "wounding". No arrests have been made so far.
