The Qing Dynasty Tongzhi-style Gold Thurible with Hammered Cloud and Dragon Designs is about 23 centimeters tall and made of gold. They have a round shape and a beautiful octagonal lid. The bottom of the burners is engraved with "11th Year of Tongzhi", which tells us they were specially made for Emperor Tongzhi's grand wedding. The handles are made of purple sandalwood, finely carved with floral patterns, featuring the double happiness symbol representing joy and happiness. The dragon design makes this artifact even more majestic. These incense burners are not only used for burning incense, but also represent the glory and blessings of ancient royalty. They are quietly kept in the Palace Museum in Beijing, waiting for you to discover their stories.
