To celebrate the 76th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China, a grand National Day gala was held tonight (Oct. 2) from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm at the Hong Kong Coliseum in Hung Hom.
The gala opened with the People's Liberation Army Garrison in Hong Kong entering the venue, holding the national flag, followed by all attendees standing to sing the national anthem. After speeches from the guests, performers from the Mainland and Hong Kong collaborated to present the dance, officially marking the start of the show.
The gala reflected on this year's significant national events through artistic performances.
The event gathered numerous celebrities from the arts and sports, including renowned singers Hacken Lee, Cheung Ming-man, Hu haiquan and Olympic champion Vivian Kong.
Additionally, there was a special appearance by a mystery guest.
