Next month, CHIIKAWA is fully "invading" Hong Kong! The large-scale exhibition "CHIIKAWA DAYS" will take place from August 1 to 24, 2025, at K11 MUSEA and the waterfront in Tsim Sha Tsui. As the sponsor of the exhibition, Octopus Cards Limited has specially launched the CHIIKAWA DAYS special edition Octopus card, featuring unique shapes and exquisite designs, providing fans and exhibition visitors with exclusive memorabilia.

The CHIIKAWA DAYS special edition Octopus card comes in two adult versions, themed around the popular character Chiikawa and his friends, Xiaoba (Hachiware) and Tutu (Usagi), holding their battle sticks against a backdrop of Hong Kong's unique skyline, showcasing different aspects of Hong Kong by day and night. The night version will feature the unique Victoria Harbour fireworks.
The new CHIIKAWA DAYS special edition Octopus card is priced at HK$128 (no deposit or stored value). Octopus Wallet customers can reserve it in advance through the Octopus App from 10:00 am on August 1, 2025, to 5:00 pm on August 31. This series of Octopus cards will also be available for limited sale to ticket holders of the "CHIIKAWA DAYS" large-scale exhibition starting August 1.

Additionally, three mobile Octopus CHIIKAWA DAYS themed card designs will be launched simultaneously, each priced at HK$18. Starting August 1, 2025, simply have the Octopus App and an Octopus on your iPhone, Apple Watch, or Android device. At the Tsim Sha Tsui K11 Musea exhibition venue, you can download the CHIIKAWA DAYS card design by scanning the QR code with your mobile device. Mobile Octopus users can also purchase two additional CHIIKAWA DAYS-themed card designs, either day or night, from the "Octopus Card Image Store" in the Octopus App. After purchase, customers will see the CHIIKAWA DAYS card design each time they use their mobile Octopus for payment, and Chiikawa and his friends will also appear on the launch screen and main interface of the Octopus App.
