MTR services on open sections and Light Rail services have been immediately suspended.

Star Ferry announced that due to the impact of Typhoon Wipha, ferry services between Central and Tsim Sha Tsui will be suspended starting at 6:30 am, and services between Central and Wan Chai will cease at 7:30 am.
The Airport Express stated that to accommodate arriving travelers and passengers heading to the city, it will extend services in the early morning and add four additional trains departing from the airport station. The added trains will depart at 1:15 am, 1:45 am, 2:15 am, and 2:45 am, approximately every half hour; these additional services will pass through Tsing Yi Station and Kowloon Station, with Hong Kong Station as the final destination.
