The "Sport For All Day (SFAD) 2025" will take place on August 3, during which over 20 recreational facilities managed by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department will be open for free use by the public. This includes indoor and outdoor facilities, public swimming pools, and water activity center boats. Citizens can submit lottery applications individually through the "SmartPLAY" system from July 17 to 23, with each application allowing for up to three options. The results of the computer lottery will be announced on July 26, and the SmartPLAY system will notify users of their successful allocations.

After the lottery results are announced, if there are remaining time slots, citizens who did not receive free slots in the lottery or did not apply can reserve the remaining free slots on a first-come, first-served basis starting July 28 through the SmartPLAY system. Regardless of whether they participate through the lottery or first-come, first-served method, each person can be allocated a maximum of one free recreational facility slot. Facilities include indoor badminton courts, volleyball courts, basketball courts, squash courts, table tennis tables, fitness rooms, activity rooms, and dance studios; outdoor tennis courts, lawn bowling greens, archery ranges, and golf facilities; as well as public swimming pools and water activity center boats.

The Leisure and Cultural Services Department urges successful applicants to arrive on time, and users must comply with the conditions for using the facilities. If successful applicants do not arrive on time, arrangements will be made according to the specified conditions. Public swimming pool facilities do not require an application; citizens can line up at the entrance during open hours on a first-come, first-served basis until capacity is reached.
