M+, Hong Kong's iconic museum of visual culture, announced yesterday (June 23) that it will introduce a new single-price admission starting July 15. Adult tickets will be priced at HK$190, while concession tickets will cost HK$100. This new system allows visitors to explore all M+ exhibitions, including upcoming special showcases like "Canton Modern: Art and Visual Culture, 1900s–1970s."
The museum has also launched special ticket packages. The "parent-child package" for two people, which includes one adult and one child, is priced at HK$250. A "three-person package," which covers two adults and one child, is available for HK$400.
Concession tickets and packages apply to full-time students, children aged 7–11, seniors aged 60 or above, individuals with disabilities (along with one caregiver), and Comprehensive Social Security Assistance (CSSA) recipients.
M+ members can enjoy unlimited access to all exhibitions year-round, exclusive use of the M+ Lounge, priority ticket purchases, dedicated visiting hours, and other privileges.
Since its opening, M+ has welcomed over 9 million visitors and ranked as Asia's third most-visited art museum last year. The museum stated that the new single-price admission responds to visitor feedback, aiming to simplify the ticketing process and provide a more seamless experience.
