
On June 12, a plane crash occurred near Ahmedabad Airport in Gujarat, India. Indian Prime Minister's Principal Secretary Mishra issued a statement on the evening of June 15 saying that both black boxes of the crashed Indian Airlines plane have been found.
According to the Hindustan Times, the latest black box found is the cockpit voice recorder, and the previously found one is the flight data recorder. Indian Aviation Minister Naidu had previously stated that the first black box of the crashed plane was found on the 13th, and the crash investigation report will be released within three months.
According to The Hindu, it may take four to five days to download and analyze the black box data. At present, many international investigation agencies have arrived at the scene to assist the Indian side in the investigation.
On the afternoon of June 12 local time, an Indian Airlines Boeing 787-8 passenger plane flying from India to the UK crashed shortly after taking off from Ahmedabad Airport in Gujarat, India. According to Indian media reports on June 14, the death toll in the crash has risen to 279, and one passenger survived. The victims included 241 people on board and 38 people on the ground.
