On the evening of June 13, US President Donald Trump submitted his first public financial disclosure report. According to documents released by the US Office of Government Ethics, Trump continues to generate significant income from dozens of luxury properties and business ventures, with many valued in the tens of millions of dollars.
While cryptocurrency and brand licensing ventures have garnered attention, Trump's traditional assets remain the cornerstone of his wealth. The report reveals that Mar-a-Lago, his private club in Florida, generated over US$560,000 in income, while the Turnberry golf course in Scotland contributed approximately US$335,000. The Bedminster Golf Club in New Jersey brought in US$370,000, and the Jupiter Golf Club in Florida earned US$310,000.
According to CCTV News, this 234-page financial disclosure report also includes 145 pages detailing Trump's stock and bond investments. One of Trump's most notable income sources is his stake in World Liberty Financial, a cryptocurrency platform launched last year, which earned him approximately US$57.36 million through digital token sales that delivered substantial profits to Trump and his family.
The report also outlines some of Trump's debts, including an American Express credit card balance of at least US$15,000 and financial obligations related to a defamation and sexual assault case involving writer E. Jean Carroll.
Additionally, the financial disclosure highlights that Trump earned millions from merchandise bearing his name, such as guitars, Bibles, and watches. It also details Melania Trump's business activities, including earning US$330,000 from selling NFTs and receiving US$237,000 for delivering a speech to the conservative LGBTQ+ advocacy group Log Cabin Republicans.
