On April 23, the second meeting of the 10th General Assembly of the Chinese Table Tennis Association (CTTA) was held in Beijing. During the meeting, Liu Guoliang's resignation as CTTA president was officially approved. Wang Liqin, a former table tennis world champion, was elected as the new president.
Along with Wang Liqin, Gao Yuanyi and Ma Long were elected as vice presidents, completing the mid-term adjustment of the CTTA leadership team.
