According to CCTV, on April 9, OpenAI filed a countersuit against Elon Musk, accusing him of harassment and seeking a federal court order to prevent Musk from engaging in further "illegal and unfair actions" against the company.
The allegations include accusations of media attacks and malicious propaganda.
This legal move comes after Musk previously filed a lawsuit against OpenAI and its CEO, Sam Altman, claiming that the organization had deviated from its original mission. Musk alleged that OpenAI, initially founded as a nonprofit focused on advancing AI for the benefit of humanity, is now prioritizing profit-making goals.
