
The Transport Department (TD) has announced special traffic and transport arrangements to facilitate the triathlon event in Central and Wan Chai districts from April 4 to 6. Here are the key details:
Road Closures
- Expo Drive: Closed from 10 am on April 4 to about 6 pm on April 6, between Legislative Council Road and Expo Drive Central.
- Central Harbourfront and Wan Chai North: Road closures and diversions from 1 am to about 2 pm on April 5, and from 1 am to about 6 pm on April 6. The slip road of the eastbound Central-Wan Chai Bypass Tunnel from Wan Chai to North Point will also be closed during these times.
Public Transport Arrangements
- Bus Routes: Cross-harbour bus routes H1S and H2 to Central will be temporarily diverted via Connaught Road Central during the following times: From the first departure on April 5 to about 2 pm; The bus stop on Man Yiu Street near Two International Finance Centre will be temporarily suspended.
