
A traffic accident occurred on the Tsing Yi North Bridge heading towards Tsuen Wan this morning (March 26) at 8:35 am. Two taxis were traveling in the direction of Tsuen Wan when they collided near the section opposite Maritime Square. Both taxis sustained severe damage to their front and rear, with one vehicle's hood being completely dislodged.
According to on-site reports, one taxi driver was trapped and unable to exit the vehicle following the collision. Rescue personnel responded promptly and arrived at the scene to extricate the trapped driver. After a preliminary examination, it was discovered that a passenger in the other taxi also reported experiencing chest pain and discomfort. Subsequently, both individuals were transported to Princess Margaret Hospital for examination and treatment.
