This afternoon (March 25) at 2:24 pm, a fire broke out in a double-decker bus near Yuen Shin Road and Ting Kok Road in Tai Po, with no casualties reported so far.

According to on-site reports, the fire started at the rear of the bus, with large amounts of thick smoke billowing from the back of the vehicle. The dark smoke was visible from a distance, prompting pedestrians and vehicles to avoid the area. The fire department responded swiftly, dispatching rescue teams to the scene with hoses and a smoke helmet team to extinguish the flames. The cause of the incident is currently under investigation.
