Recently, Unitree Robotics established a private limited company in Hong Kong. The firm had previously set up Hong Kong Yushu Technology Limited in 2022 and has now launched a wholly-owned subsidiary, Shenzhen Tianyi Technology Limited, in Shenzhen.
Unitree Robotics, known for its impressive performance during the Spring Festival gala and recognized as one of the "Six Little Dragons of Hangzhou," has opened an official store on the cross-border e-commerce platform AliExpress. The store features various products marked with the "Big Save" subsidy tag. A source close to AliExpress confirmed, "Yes, it is included in the subsidy program."
As the founder of Unitree Robotics, Wang Xingxing attended a private economy symposium on Feb. 17. After the meeting, he expressed optimism about the future of AI humanoid robots, stating that by the end of this year, the technology would reach a new level. He anticipates that if all goes well, basic applications in service industries and some industrial sectors could be operational by next year or the year after. However, he noted that home use might progress more slowly due to higher safety requirements, which demand more mature technology.
