A tragic incident occurred at an elementary school in Daejeon, South Korea, where a 40-year-old female teacher fatally stabbed an 8-year-old female student before attempting to take her own life. According to the report, the suspect and the victim were found inside a multimedia room at the school. The student was unconscious and later pronounced dead at the hospital despite emergency efforts to save her.
