Photos | HKPORI president Robert Chung taken away by police for investigation
Robert Chung Ting-yiu, president and CEO of the Hong Kong Public Opinion Research Institute (HKPORI), was taken away by the police this morning (Jan. 13) to assist in an investigation.
The report stated that the National Security Department of the police went to Chung's residence in Pokfulam this morning to investigate a case involving assisting a fugitive, and took him away for questioning. Subsequently, the police searched the Hong Kong Public Opinion Research Institute office located in Southmark, Wong Chuk Hang.
