At 12:15 p.m. today (Jan. 6), about 10 bicycles were thrown into the sea at the waterfront off Tsuen Wan Riviera Park, with some bikes floating in the sea and others stranded on a rocky beach.
Police received a report from a cycling company staff and investigated the case as a criminal damage case, and are looking for the culprits.
