The ITTF Mixed Team World Cup 2024 in Chengdu came to a close yesterday (Dec. 8), with the China national table tennis team winning gold in the final with an 8-1 win over South Korea and Hong Kong, China taking bronze with an 8-2 win over Romania.
The China national team has been on a roll in this year's tournament, defeating its rivals by large margins, including an 8-2 win over Japan. In yesterday's final, China continued to play consistently and won the Chengdu Mixed Team World Cup with a total score of 8-1 against South Korea.
