At 8:51 a.m. today (Nov. 27), a traffic accident occurred on the lower section of Sha Tau Kok Road, involving a private car and a tourist bus carrying students from Sha Tau Kok Central Primary School.
The private car was heading towards Sheung Shui, while the tourist bus was traveling in the direction of Sha Tau Kok. After the incident, the tourist bus returned to the school. Initial reports indicate that nine people felt unwell, with ambulancemen attending to them on the scene.
It is reported that the right front bottom of the tourist bus sustained damage and that the front of the private car was also damaged. The cause of the accident and detailed circumstances are currently under further investigation.
