Judge Juan Merchan of the New York Supreme Court decided on Nov. 22 to indefinitely postpone the ruling on the criminal case related to "hush money" involving former President Donald Trump.
Merchan also approved Trump's request to dismiss the "hush money" case and ordered Trump's team to submit a motion to dismiss the case by Dec. 2 at the latest. The Manhattan District Attorney's Office is required to respond by Dec. 9 at the latest.
