The US presidential election officially opened on Nov. 5 (local time).
Elon Musk on Nov. 6 (HK time) posted a video on Twitter and said, "What today's election feels like!"
Musk has reportedly provided more than US$100 million so far to sponsor Donald Trump along with other Republican groups. A controversial "Progress 2028" manifesto, posing as a progressive platform from Vice President Kamala Harris, has been exposed as a misleading fake document reportedly funded by conservative dark money groups with links to Elon Musk, according to a report from the watchdog group Open Secrets.
According to the latest figures, the Republican group now holds 47 seats.
