Security Bureau's mascot bear to be exhibited at Space Museum from Nov. 6
The Hong Kong Security Bureau officially announced today (Nov. 5) on social media that its mascot, "Security Bear," will be exhibited at the Hong Kong Space Museum starting tomorrow (Nov. 6).
From Nov. 6 to 11, items that were previously sent into space aboard the "Shijian-19" satellite by the Security Bureau and other HK disciplinary forces will be on display at the Space Museum, with free admission for all visitors. The exhibition will feature the space-traveled "Security Bear" alongside its travel buddies, including the anti-scam mascot, "The Little Grape," and the mascot of Junior Police Call, "Mini Bean." Other precious items that accompanied them in space will also be showcased.
On Sept. 27, over 30 creative items representing HK cultural initiatives were launched into space aboard China's first reusable satellite, "Shijian-19." The satellite successfully returned to Earth and touched down at the Dongfeng Landing Site on Oct. 11.
