Four killed in Tesla electric car fire in western France
A severe accident involving a Tesla electric car that caught fire occurred late on Oct. 12 in western France, resulting in the deaths of four people.
According to reports citing police sources, the electric vehicle crashed at high speed into several road signs before catching fire in the suburbs of Niort. Rescue workers confirmed that all passengers died at the scene. The driver and three passengers were employees of a restaurant in the nearby city of Melle. A local judge stated that the cause of the accident is under investigation.
