KMB to launch pet-friendly services for furry passengers on Oct. 13

Kowloon Motor Bus (KMB) will launch five "pet-friendly bus tour" routes starting this Sunday (Oct. 13), allowing owners to travel with their furry friends on weekends and public holidays.

The routes will cover popular destinations such as Sha Tin, Tsuen Wan, Pak Shek Kok, Sai Kung, West Kowloon Cultural District, and Ma Wan.

One of the routes, connecting Sha Tin and Tsuen Wan, will be served by double-decker buses.

Each passenger is permitted to bring one pet aboard, with a fare of HK$35 per ride. Interested passengers should register in advance via the KMB online shop.

The online booking platform will go live tomorrow (Oct. 9) at 11 a.m. Members of KMB's club1933 will enjoy a HK$10 discount.
