With the Mid-Autumn Festival approaching, a drone show will light up Victoria Harbour's night sky at the Wan Chai Waterfront tomorrow evening (Sept. 17), as part of the "A Symphony of Lights" celebration.
Approximately 1,000 drones will create dynamic patterns above the harbor. Today (Sept. 16), the police have announced crowd control measures for the area and listed the best viewing spots, including Wan Chai Waterfront Park, Wan Chai Ferry Pier, Expo Drive, Lung Wo Road, Hung Hing Road, Harbour Road, Fleming Road, and Marsh Road, all of which offer excellent views of the performance.
The police have indicated that to ensure the smooth running of the event, the bus stop outside Wan Chai Ferry Pier on Hung Hing Road will be moved several meters westward. Affected bus routes include 373, 720, 722, 780, 788, 641, H1, and H2K. Crowd control and traffic regulation measures will be implemented as necessary in the aforementioned areas.
