
Typhoon Yagi has caused a building scaffold in Tsim Sha Tsui to become dangerously unstable. Located near Kimberly street and Observatory Road, the tilting scaffold was reported by a concerned citizen. Police have cordoned off part of the road to ensure safety, preventing vehicles from turning into Kimberly Street.
At 9:17 a.m., a 6x4-foot glass window at Parkes Street in Jordan was partially dislodged by strong winds. The window precariously hung over a balcony, posing a risk of falling. Police responded by sealing off a section of the pedestrian area on Nanking Street for safety, awaiting removal by relevant authorities.
