With Typhoon Signal No. 8 in effect, the Observatory will lower it to Signal No. 3 at 12:40 p.m. today (Sept.6).
Citybus announced that most daytime routes and the Airport Express will resume gradually from 12:40 p.m., though some routes may remain suspended due to road conditions.
