As Super Typhoon Yagi approaches Hong Kong with winds over 200 km/h, the Observatory will issue Typhoon Signal No. 8 at 6:20 p.m. today (Sept.5).
At noon today, many Hong Kong people have already started to take various measures to protect themselves against the typhoon tonight.
