At 9:29 am today (Aug. 28), a traffic police officer was injured after a Fire Services Department (FSD) multi-purpose van and a police motorcycle collided at the junction of Lai Chi Kok Road and Boundary Street in Tai Kok Tsui, near the opposite side of Godfrey Centre.
An ambulance arrived at the scene and took the police officer to hospital for treatment. The cause of the accident is still under investigation.
