At 12:27 p.m. today (Aug. 27), two minibusses collided at a junction of Yeung Uk Road in Tsuen Wan. At least 10 passengers sustained minor injuries.
Seven ambulances were dispatched to the scene to take the injured to hospital. Police officers were on the scene to direct traffic and investigate the cause of the accident.
The Transport Department (TD) announced that part of Yeung Uk Road (towards Texaco Road) near Chung On Street was closed due to the accident. Motorists can only use the remaining traffic lanes.
