Ticketing Tips
Concertgoers planning to secure tickets are advised to prepare multiple devices and browsers, familiarize themselves with the purchase flow in advance, and join the online queue five to 10 minutes before the sales start time. Buyers may also consider using payment methods that do not rely on SMS verification, as delayed authentication has previously resulted in failed checkouts for some customers.
