International internet sensation IShowSpeed, widely known by his Chinese nickname "Jiakang Ge", has renewed excitement among Chinese fans after confirming that he plans to visit China again in two months.
The social media star made the remark in fluent Chinese when approached by Chinese internet users on the streets of New York between Oct. 29 and 30, according to reports. Asked about his plans, he clearly said he would be going to China in two months.
What made the street encounter notable was that IShowSpeed responded directly in Chinese, without the need for translation. He also repeatedly sought clarification about the nickname "Uncle Goose" mentioned by one of the people he met, in an exchange that unfolded in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. However, he did not disclose a specific arrival date, destination or detailed itinerary.
Based on his remarks in late October, his return visit is expected to take place around December. However, the exact date and choice of cities have yet to be announced.
