A 42-year-old woman in Birmingham, the UK, has admitted harassment offenses after allegedly treating a neighbor's property like a dumping ground for years—throwing items such as soiled diapers, used sanitary pads, and kitchen waste into the neighboring yard.

The woman, identified as Sufina Aslam, was also accused of repeatedly tipping bags of rubbish over the fence, including snack packaging and other waste. She at one point threw a pan filled with oil into the neighbor's yard and then stood by the fence smiling.

In addition to littering, the neighbors told the court she frequently banged on walls, shouted abuse, and created noise at all hours, causing prolonged distress. One affected neighbor said the family spent about £4,000 on cleanup and repairs. A 50-year-old victim said the ongoing harassment led to sleepless nights and worsening health, adding that even hearing the woman's voice would trigger panic and that the situation had affected the children's schoolwork.

Aslam ultimately admitted two harassment charges and one count of breaching a restraining order. The judge decided that an intensive supervision order was more appropriate than imprisonment, sentencing her to 12 months of intensive supervision and ordering her to pay £70 to the neighbour. The court warned that she could still face prison if she reoffends.
