The 38th Shanghai Mayor's International Business Leaders' Advisory Council (IBLAC) meeting was held on Oct. 11, bringing together 42 top international entrepreneurs from 14 countries around the world at the Grand Halls to offer advice on the theme of promoting innovative development of Shanghai's service industry. Many attending European and American executives converged on the topic of AI, saying China and the US can work together to address the challenges of AI development, with Shanghai being an ideal application scenario.
Sir Martin Sorrell, former chairman of the Mayor's Advisory Council, said he believes Chinese and US leaders will meet again within the year, and that China is increasingly becoming an advanced testing ground for global development.
