The owner of a claw machine specialty store posted a video on social media showing two men wearing caps and masks raiding the shop at around 3:22 am yesterday (Sept. 17). The footage shows the two men using crowbars to pry open the glass doors of the claw machines, cleaning out two machines within four minutes and stuffing all the plush toys — including popular items like Jellycat — into red-white-blue plastic bags.
The owner said they are offering a HK$100,000 reward for the two thieves, saying: "If anyone has information on these two thieves, contact me immediately."
