China's Wang Chuqin has withdrawn from the WTT Champions Macao 2026 due to injury, according to the updated player list released on Friday (Sept. 4).
French player Felix Lebrun has also pulled out of the tournament due to injury. Nicholas Lum and Tom Jarvis have been named as replacements, respectively, securing places in the event.
China's entries
Men's singles: Lin Shidong, Zhou Qihao, Chen Yuanyu and Huang Youzheng
Women's singles: Kuai Man, Chen Xingtong, Wang Yidi and Chen Yi
The 2026 WTT Macao Champions will be held in Macao, China, from Sept. 8 to 13.
At last year's tournament, Wang Chuqin and Sun Yingsha won the men's singles and women's singles titles, respectively.
Earlier, the World Table Tennis (WTT) official website announced that Sun Yingsha and Wang Manyu would both miss this year's tournament.
