The death toll from the flash flood in northern Nepal has risen to 165, with 826 people still missing, according to figures released by Nepal's national disaster risk reduction and management authority on Aug. 27.
A flash flood struck the Rasuwa district in northern Nepal on Aug. 26. Authorities are currently carrying out search and rescue operations.
