The 36th Hong Kong Food Expo features a dedicated halal food zone, bringing together more than 120 halal food suppliers from various countries.
A Muslim exhibitor from the Mainland, attending the expo in Hong Kong for the first time, said all his products meet Muslim standards. He sees Hong Kong as an ideal free-port platform to introduce Mainland halal food to Southeast Asia and the global market, while fostering closer culinary and cultural exchanges between the Mainland and Hong Kong.
