A relevant official from the Organization Department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China announced the Party Central Committee's decision on the adjustment of the chairman of China Resources (Group) Co., Ltd.: Wang Haimin has been appointed Chairman of China Resources (Group) Co., Ltd., and relieved of his position as Chairman of China Travel Service (Holdings) Hong Kong Ltd.; Wang Xiangming has been relieved of his position as Chairman of China Resources (Group) Co., Ltd. The relevant appointments and removals are to be handled in accordance with applicable laws and the provisions of the company's articles of association.
According to publicly available biographical information, Wang Haimin was born in July 1972. He graduated from Shanghai Maritime University with a major in Transport Economics and holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Fudan University, as well as the professional title of engineer. He has over 20 years of experience in shipping enterprise management and is highly experienced in container shipping, terminal operations, and corporate management.
