ALVA HOTEL BY ROYAL, located in Shatin and owned by Sun Hung Kai Properties, has reported online that its catering business will be suspended after June 30. A user said on social media today (June 11) that recently, estates near Shatin have received many promotional leaflets for the Dion Hotel buffet. Although the leaflet states that the promotion period lasts until August, users found that they could not book on the official website.
According to online news reports, the affected businesses include the hotel's buffet restaurant, Alva House; the Chinese restaurant, Yat Heen; and the hotel's banquet services.
