Today (May 24) at 7:30 pm, the send-off ceremony for the Shenzhou-23 crew will be held at the Dream Garden Plaza in front of the Wentian Pavilion. Secretary for Innovation, Technology and Industry, Professor Sun Dong, will lead a Hong Kong delegation to the ceremony to see off Hong Kong's first astronaut, Lai Ka-ying, and her fellow crew members.
According to CCTV News, the Shenzhou-23 spacecraft is scheduled to launch at 11:08 pm today. The Shenzhou-23 astronaut crew is currently in good physical and mental condition and fully prepared to carry out the mission. The technical status of all systems is under control, and preparations for the launch are proceeding smoothly.
