Mainland actor Yang Yang attended an event in Hong Kong yesterday (May 15), drawing large crowds of fans who turned up despite the rain to show their support.
Yang said he was delighted by the enthusiastic reception. Speaking about his newly released wuxia drama "Zhan Zhao Adventures", he shared that many of his friends had already watched the series and enjoyed it. He also expressed hope that the drama would receive support from an even wider audience.
In response to fans' continued encouragement, Yang said he would keep working hard and deliver more quality productions in return for their support.
Also attending the event was Red Velvet member Seulgi, who frequently waved and made heart gestures toward the media and fans.
After learning that the golden ginkgo tree decoration at the venue symbolized blessings, Seulgi sincerely wished everyone peace, good health and success for the group in the future.
Speaking about music styles, Seulgi said she had rarely explored Hip-Hop in the past, but knowing that some fans enjoy the genre, she hopes to challenge herself with Hip-Hop tracks and ballads in the future.
She also revealed that Red Velvet will soon make a comeback and expressed hope that everything would go smoothly.
Reflecting on her return to HK, Seulgi said her previous visit felt "like being in a movie," during which she took many photos. This time, she also hopes to visit more attractions and take more pictures around the city.
