Fireworks factory explosion in Liuyang, Hunan: Death toll rises to 21, 61 injured

According to CCTV News, at around 4:40 pm on May 4, an explosion occurred in a workshop of Huasheng Fireworks Manufacturing and Display Co., Ltd. in Liuyang City, Changsha, Hunan Province. As of now, the explosion has left 21 people dead and 61 others injured.
