According to CCTV News, on March 21 local time, US Central Command commander Brad Cooper gave the fourth briefing on military operations targeting Iran.
Cooper said that two days earlier, the US Army carried out the longest-range field artillery strike in its operational history, destroying Iranian military infrastructure related to the operations.
Cooper said Iran has lost a substantial portion of its combat capability: the Iranian navy is now basically unable to go to sea, tactical fighter jets are having difficulty taking off, and US forces currently maintain air superiority over Iranian airspace. To date, US forces have struck more than 8,000 military targets, including 130 Iranian vessels.
